1. This system has been put to inform the contractor
about the status of approval of vendors for which application has been submitted
to POWERGRID. This is completely a voluntary information provided by POWERGRID to
enhance the transparancy .
2. The status of sub-vendor approval is based on
the application / documents received at our end. Efforts will be made to post the
status within 15 days of receipt of first application . Subsequent updations may
be viewed based on the progress of the action taken against the application.
3. The action taken by POWERGRID against a particular
application may be based on project requirement and resource availability including
manpower. Hence a definite time frame for final decission or sequential review of
application is not guranteed.
4. The system will display the final status / decission
( i.e. Accepance or rejection ) for 15 days from the issuance of the letter . Subsequently,
the status will be removed from the system.
