Space Booking:             Minimum size of the stall will be 12 sq.m.

Stalls upto size of 20 sqm will be of ready made(shell) type. Above 20 sqm stall can be bare or readymade type.

POWERGRID will provide a built-up booth with fascia, carpet, two tables, four chairs, one power plug, one dustbin and three lights for each unit of 12 sq.m. Extra furniture can be hired for which payment is to be made directly to the authorised agencies (halogen light not permitted).                                                                                                                          

Stall Charges     :           Bare  - Rs. 7500/- per sqm. + service Taxes (@12.36 %)

                                    Readymade - Rs. 8500/- per sqm. + service Taxes (@12.36 %)

Booking Confirmation:  Booking shall be made on first come first serve basis. On-line booking can be made. Exhibitor  may forward a brief profile on the products/technology to be exhibited along with payment of stall charges through demand draft in favour of “Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.” payable at Gurgaon/New Delhi.
