  Whom to Contact...

The following information is for you only if you are employee of POWERGRID

IN CASE YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO LOGIN, the reasons can be:

If you are an existing user, your username and /or password is incorrect
  • Your user name shall be employee number and shall be of 5 digits. (You have to user preceeding zeros, if required, like 00123.)
  • Your password is forgotten. Use get password option on this menu. The password will be sent to you to the registered email. In case the email is not operating for some reason, this option will not work.
  • All email complaints including resetting of poassword may be reported to mailadmin. (9873918416) 
  • Please note that the password for EMail, Domain Login and sps server are same.
  • Since all employees are yet to be covered under Active Directory System (ADS), a separate database is being used, in case of failure to authenticate from ADS.
  • In case you Email Username and password is not working to login into Intranet, even after ensuring that email is working, you may inform webadmin by email (may be external) to reset your password.
  • If all these methods are not working for you, please contact webadmin on 09873549002/09873918418

If your account is suspected of not being available in the system or if you are a new employee,

  • You may request one of your collegue in POWERGRID, who is already having the login access, to login to the system and use the "Join a Collegue" feature.
