Use “Get Password” option on this menu. The password will
be sent to your registered email. In case, the email is not operating for some reason,
this option will not work.

are same.

You may request for the login name and password
by using "Join a Colleague" option, for you which
your colleague in POWERGRID, who is already having the login access, may send the
request on his behalf.
